Friday surprise club centres on a single palm tree filling the canvas, with its own pink shadow beside it, playful and slightly surreal. Set against a dotted backdrop that keeps the whole scene feeling joyful and alive.
The title comes from a poster spotted in Berlin, a name that stuck long before the painting did.

Love parade is a portrait of confidence and celebration. A big, bold palm tree standing centre stage, surrounded by heart-shaped leaves that gave the painting its name. Set against a blue background scattered with colourful dots, like confetti caught mid-air, it has the feel of a party in full swing.
