MEANWHILE IN THE STUDIO

PROLONGED PAUSE, POWERFUL NEWS

Well, look at that,

I thought I would give you some news earlier last month… And now with spring making a fleeting appearance, I'm excited to share that I've completed my series of abstract botanicals, which I started back in September!

Since we last spoke, I've had quite the adventure – I spent two weeks in Paris, enjoyed a holiday in Naples (highly recommend!), and explored London for a few days. I also had the pleasure of experiencing some incredible art in all three cities. Unfortunately, my London trip ended on a bit of a sour note when I lost my phone at the airport just before flying back home 🥲

The studio's been busy, but I didn't get everything done as planned.

🟣 After being cooped up in an office for what feels like ages, I went all out with painting in January – just what the doctor ordered! Then, I shifted gears to finish up these 6 botanical pieces.

🟠 But guess what? The online shop isn't quite ready yet, so these beauties won't be listed there until March. I want everything to be perfect – not just the paintings, but the online shop too – before they make their big debut.

🟡 And let me tell you, getting good photos of these pieces was no walk in the park, especially with the winter gloom in Prague. But hey, after countless tries, I'm finally happy with this latest version:
